Skull Rock Trail in Joshua Tree NP

@lacypage

Explored Skull Rock Trail this past weekend in Joshua Tree National Park. It’s a nice and flat 2 mile loop with different offshoots to climb rocks and see more of the area. There is very little shade so bring out the sunscreen, water, and hats! In the second video, you can see part of the trail takes you through Jumbo Rocks Campground. It looked well maintained and had plenty of bathrooms available for use. We also saw some wildlife in the park, a coyote and snake near the park entrance and a Desert Cottontail on the trail. Fun place to find a variety of desert wildlife!
